A bit ago, Platinum singer/songwriter Preston Pablo released “AY AY AY”, a short but sweet track expressing the works of desire and manifestation. We got the chance to interview him about his artistry and the single.

Is there an album you would describe as perfect? If so, which one?
To have a perfect album I think it depends on the replay value. If you can listen to the album in any order without skipping a single track at any given time, I think that makes it a perfect project. For me, it would have to be Majid Jordans self titled album.
"AY AY AY" is your first release of the year! What is your favourite thing about the single?
My favourite thing about this song is the energy that it emits!
This track is such a confidence booster. Was this always the plan for "AY AY AY"?
I think the plan for this song was to tell the world that I want it all!! Everything that I’m singing about is a desire of mine, so I wanted to manifest them into reality by putting them into a song!
What could we expect from you next, musically?
I’d like to continue to experiment with my sound. I haven’t fully found the ideal sound for myself as an artist so I’d like to expand musically and try new things while also staying true to the melodies and writing methods that I’ve been using since the beginning.

The most recent artist that I’ve been diving into is Sza!
