Interview with Fancy J London.
Interviewed by: Sarah Evangelista
Where do you find inspiration from? is the process of writing music easy for you?
My inspiration comes mainly from personal experiences, relationships and listening to other artists I admire. Writing music is definitely the easiest part by far compared to the recording part of it all. I love writing in a metaphorical way giving just enough mystery. The problem is, I have too much to say and not enough notes within a beat to get it out.
Your newest album is titled “Reflect”, how do they differ from your past albums?
Reflect is now my 7th album, I have since released my 8th self-Titled R&B album this year in September. Most of my albums are full of different genres. This latest album is the first album where I stuck to one genre. I have to say I really enjoy creating Retro and Disco Pop songs the most.
What was it like working with some other musicians and producers on the album?
Working with different artists is great because you get to see another perspective other than your own. I absolutely love working with several artists, DJs, & producers from all around the world.
Our blog is all about up and coming artists, who are your favourite at the moment?
I have had the pleasure of working with, following, and growing online friendships with many artists over the years. Out of all of them the few that stick out the most are as follows.
